About Lynwood

Lynwood is under the leadership of Woody Snell, Partner with The Pacific Group. Woody has been actively involved in real estate development for over 20 years and has managed the successful completion of more than 65 communities consisting of over 3,000 acres and about 7,000 lots. Most recently Woody was the master developer of West Village which was recognized as The Development of Excellence by both the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and the Livable Communities Coalition (LCC).

Craig Morris, previously with Post Properties, HighGrove Partners and The Pacific Group, serves Lynwood Development as Vice President and Project Director of Town Village. Craig has more than 10 years experience as a landscape architect and construction manager. Craig also served as the Development Manager for West Village, responsible for coordinating all aspects of this 63 acre mixed use development project including design, permitting and construction.

Over twenty years experience in construction, engineering, management and marketing with specific expertise in land development, construction management, operating management and budgeting.

Professional Experience

President – Lynwood Development Group, LLC; Marietta, Georgia
Responsible for all facets of land development, including acquisition land planning, rezoning, site engineering, construction management, financial management and marketing. Also responsible for pre-acquisition due diligence evaluations and feasibility studies.

Partner – The Pacific Group, Inc; Atlanta, Georgia
Developed 1100 unit, 63 acre, West Village mixed use projected selected as The Development of Excellence by the Atlanta Regional Commission. Developed about 7,000 townhome and single-family lots and managed over 65 residential communities in the Atlanta area with significant project experience in Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnett, DeKalb, Forsyth and Cherokee counties. Complete responsibility for community development and management.

Vice President – AH Development, S.E.; Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico
Project manager in charge of 450 acre commercial and residential master planned development. Completed $40 million development consisting of site development for a 300-unit subdivision, 94 single-family homes, $5 million amenity center and site development for a 600,000 square foot shopping mall. Supervised four construction managers and staff of over 100 professional, administrative and labor employees performing house construction, amenity construction, residential site development and commercial site development. Total responsibility for operational management.

Manager, Principle Engineer – Law Engineering, Inc.; Atlanta, Georgia
Manager in charge of Northwest Georgia Offices with staff of twenty professional, technical and administrative employees providing geotechnical, environmental and construction testing services to northwest Georgia area. Responsible for strategic plans and implementation, profit and loss, recruiting and training employees and operational management. Performed geotechnical explorations for site evaluations and shallow and deep foundation systems in the United States and abroad. Performed construction testing for large retail centers, high rise and low rise office buildings, industrial facilities and residential projects.
